To be a reliable partner and to support customers by providing the services of a professional team with the best value for money.
We strive to become a preferred international business partner to offer the best services and quality in the construction and industrial sector. We believe our main advantages are the following:
Monik has five manufacturing facilities at its disposal, located on the same premises in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia:
Workshop with the area of 6400 м², where large and medium-size metal structures (max. 30 tonnes) are produced;
Workshop with the area of 1700 м² for the production of lightweight metal structures (max. 5 tonnes);
Workshop with the area of 1000 м² equipped with CNC units for machining large and medium-sized metal structures (max. 20 tonnes);
Multifunctional workshop 1500 м² equipped with 30 ton crane which is suitable for final assembly and adjustment;
a workshop for manufacturing constructions from aluminium alloys and stainless steel.
All the workshops are equipped with cranes
(12x 10-tonne cranes and 3x 5-tonne cranes; hook height: 8m)
In addition to the main workshops, Monik has shot-blasting and painting production facilities with the area of 1500 m².
The company also has open space for the storage and assembly of finished products with the area of 6000 m², equipped with a mobile crane with a lifting capacity of 25 tonnes.
In Assembly Hall we have skilled personal for final assembling and testing of products including electric and hydraulic components.
Our workshops have all the equipment necessary for metalworking, which includes welding, plasma cutting, forming, rolling and other operations. For metal welding, we have inverter-based welding units that can be used for working with carbon steel, highly alloyed steel and aluminium steel. CNC units are used for metal machining. Our equipment fleet includes the following facilities for the machining of completely welded products:
Tos Vandorf WRD 130Q CNC boring mill (Х=8.0; Y= 3.0);
Tos Vandorf WHR 13 Q CNC boring mill (X=6.0; Y=3.0);
Tos Vandorf WHN 13 CNC boring mill (X=3.5; Y=1.9);
Gantry longitudinal milling machine (Х=5.5; Y= 1.6; Z=1.25)
All profiles go through an automatic shot-blasting line before manufacturing. Final finishing takes place in the shot-blasting cabinet (5.8 × 5.0 × 21.0 m) with shot recirculation. Anticorrosion coating is applied in a workshop equipped with a modern ventilation system.
Monik, in cooperation with the customer, at the design stage can join the development of the technology for manufacturing structures, that makes it possible to manufacture successfully a prototype and launch it in a series if necessary.
Monik has at its disposal its own procurement site, this reduces the preparation time and launch of the production process. Monik has a wide range of suppliers of materials and blanks.
Monik offers the final assembly and installation of components. Including pneumatics, hydraulics, electrics. In the final cycle, it is possible to test and adjust the equipment before sending it to the customer.
The company is certified in accordance with EN 3834 and EN1090-2 EXC 4
Our CNC machines allow you to process structures with high precision.
We offer a full range of corrosion protection services, including paint, hot dip galvanizing, powder and fire protection. We also have big experience in painting structures in accordance with NORSOK requirements
We offer installation of metal structures in Estonia and Scandinavia
Monik's production facilities have a convenient location, which in turn allows moving goods by road to seaports without any problems. The maximum possible length of the product for transportation is 40 meters
